Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder and mark our emails as “not spam” to prevent future issues.
Shipping
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via PostNL, Bpost, or DHL. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days, though delivery may take slightly longer around holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email to track your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Product prices do not include shipping. Within the Netherlands:
€3.95 for mailbox packages
€4.95 for standard parcel delivery
Free Shipping: Orders over €35 qualify for free delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
How to Return
Request a return below.
Ensure the product is unused, in original condition.
You will receive a return label within 1 business day.
Print the label, place it over the original label, include the packing slip, and drop off the package at a DHL location.
Return Costs
Within the Netherlands: €3.95
From Belgium: €4.95
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days to the original payment method, minus the return shipping costs.
Important Notes
Items returned damaged or used cannot be refunded.
Refunds include the original shipping costs only if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
