Orders are paid in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped the next business day via PostNL, DHL, or Bpost.

Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days (NL/BE).

During holiday periods, processing and shipping may take longer.

Once shipped, you receive a Track & Trace code.

We are not responsible for carrier delays.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

According to EU law, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Important:
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, returns are only accepted if items are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs:

€3.95 from the Netherlands

€4.95 from Belgium

You must notify us of your return request via email before sending the product back.

9. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 business days, using the same payment method you used.

We cannot refund:

Used or opened items

Damaged items due to handling by the customer

10. Warranty & Defects

You are covered under the EU legal warranty. This means products must work as reasonably expected.

If you receive a defective product, email us immediately with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund the item according to consumer law.
